keybrddslx is not ready to raid yet. his dps is not good at all. his gear and specs are horrible. nevermind he sounds like 4 years old on vent. why has he become a raider?

@bill clinton Everyone starts new, but ppl gain exp and gears through raid, as a guild raid we are improving our strats and specs for certain bosses together. As for the first and last points u made, i dont know what u are talking about.

ok seriously. If all you are gonna do is post anonymous complaints about the guy under every President's name. Guess what. It isn't gonna work. He met the qualities that we are asking in our "Raiders" and is working on getting better. If you really have a problem about it. How about actually asking myself or one of the others Executive officers about it in game? If not, stop. it isn't funny. And frankly insulting another player in your guild doesn't help anyone,

I know who you are...and I don't mind complaining, even if it's behind someone else's back, as long as you're complaining to an EO. But the complaints need to be constructive, and if they are at all insulting, then they will be ignored. So good job, your complaint is going to be ignored because you couldn't handle it in a mature way. Also, if you want to be able to dish out the criticism, don't do it anonymously, because that just means you're a coward. Any critic should be ready to be held to the same standards as their target, and if you are trying to be anonymous, that means you're too afraid to face your own requirements.

For everyone out there who cares, these are the very simple and easy to reach requirements that I've been looking for before I promote people to Raider (other EOs do it differently):

1. Have minimum 1500 dps single target on a fight like patchwerk.
2. Behave well in a raid as if you know what you are doing.
3. Have vent and a mic, with both hooked up and working.
4. Don't be a jerk.

I mean, COME ON, this isn't a hardcore guild. We show no favoritism (or try to, we're not perfect). Let's just get in there and have fun!
