The guild bank is quite a headache for a few of our officers. There are a few people who spend time organizing the bank only to find that 2 days later its a total mess. I found personal ingame mail in the guild bank the other day...... People put the weirdest crap in that bank! I think there will be an officer meeting soon about guild issues and hopefully we can get that bad boy under control!

So what is the weirdest item ( or most baffling) you've found in your guild bank?

Actual horde side post, I did notice a few things in there I'd like to have too. Like potions some level level green items. Who is in charge on our side and what's the policy for putting stuff in there?

That's a good question. I haven't seen or heard an actual policy, so I've been fairly conservative about what I take out. I have taken several items as I needed them, but I am pretty sure that I have put back more that I've taken.
If you're not greedy and take only what you need, occasionally dropping a few things in, there should be no problem at all. Of course, if you're low level, everyone will be happy for you to take all of those lowbie potions. :)

The only problem is I have no withdraw rights on any of the tabs.

as it stands in fan status u cant get anything out of the guild bank i have a question though if we have a ton of high end cloth that we cant use any more can we unload it into the gb

Yes BJ, high end cloth is always welcome. Zarinn take out whatever you need. We ask that you donate money for item withdrawl to help fund our ability to gain more tabs. It isn't a requirement, so just donate when and what you can afford.
Officers are entitled to 7 withdrawls per day per tab. So if you really can use an item, feel free to ask an officer to get it for you.

I really like the fact that people are quite good about putting things into the guild bank, but that has caused some issues with the fact that often the bank is out of space and not very organized. I tried adding some runecloth bags the other day but was unable to do so. Is there someone in charge of organizing it?
I know we have some low level people, but some of the items are pretty low level, and have been in there for quite a while (e.g. recipies, potions and bandages). Many of the items are pretty low level (including some grey items).
It would be good if someone were given the task of organizing it and keeping it cleaned up a bit. I have tried to do so, but I have limited access, so can't really do much. After taking out a few low level grey items I was told I hit my daily limit.
