I'm really no expert on Warriors by any stretch of the imagination, but u may actually want to try enchanting ur gear. I mean I can't see even one enchant on any piece u have equipped (not even weapons) and trust me correct gemming and enchanting of every piece usually adds at least another 30% to ur output in a raid. Its just the first thing that I look for as a recruitment officer for my current horde guild. U may also want to change ur 24 stam gem to a str+stam gem (purple or green gems in a blue socket still allow u to get the socket bonus).

In regards to specs, glyphs (u certainly need to change that Bloodthirst glyph to Heroic Strike or something) and pretty much everything else I can at least suggest something to read for expert advice: http://www.ensidia.com/home/guides/dps-warrior-part-1-general/
Thats a warrior DPS guide covering both Arms & Fury specs from Ragebar - one of the top DPS warriors in the world atm =) Of course if in the end ur raid leaders truly just want all the gear for themselves theres not much u can do except wait till they all have BoH first.

Hope that helps and I'll leave the rest to the experts who actually know what they're on about hehe.
