Okay, so as you are all aware, the Midsummer festival is upon us and one of the achievements for the festival is to steal the flames of the alliance cities, all of them; Exodar, Stormwind, Darnassus, and Ironforge. Just yesterday, 3 groups from the guild went out to capture all of the flames. Starting off in what is believed to be the hardest city to raid, Ironforge, we made our way through every city gathering the flames. Almost all of us managed to steal all four flames, I myself was one of the unfortunate to not be able to get the flame of Ironforge. Ranging from the most unusual summon to the most tiring run from spirit healer to body.
In the end, THIS WAS THE MOST EPIC RAID EVER. [really wish I took some screenshots or was recording the raid :( ]

My resurrection of Xorel, who was being camped on the docks by allies, while we were all on the boat was priceless. I wish I could have seen their faces IRL, and then he through a fireball at the 19 warrior over the ship rails as we left and one shotted him....

Agree, tonight is going down as one of my best nights in WoW, and I'm glad the holiday goes on for another week so we can get more of our guildmates in on this. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night's are what we have setup (I think) and I'll gladly go through and do this again.

The resurrection was the single most epic thing I've seen, and my midair fireblast was completely cheap, yet oh so perfect timing. Hmm..and safely Slow Falling across the Stormwind docks felt great, especially since it let me float all the way to a great fishing spot to pick up the Diplomatic Fishing achievement. Next time something like this goes down, we definitely need to record or capture screenies!

Too bad my WOW crashed along the way and I end up having to solo the rest of the flames.

Oh God Sham I had forgotten that part, that was awesome too. It took 5 level 80s half the Deep Run Tram's length and a lucky break on my cool downs to kill me.

I'm still amazed at the run we did and definitely we need to do this again with more guildies. When we do this again I will definitely be taking screenshots as we go :)
Also, the underwater summon was cool as well.
